Audited Supplier LANDYOUNG FRP Double wall fuel storage tank is a double wall structure fuel tank with a layer of glass fiber reinforced plastic (ie. FRP) anti-seepage shell outside the single wall steel fuel tank. There is a through clearance space between the steel inner tank and the FRP outer tank.
FRP Double wall fuel storage tank structure:
1. Inner wall: It is made of 6mm thick Q235-B steel plate, which has improved strength compared with ordinary single-layer fuel tanks with a thickness of only 5mm.
2. Outer wall: reinforced glass fiber layer, with a thickness of 2.5mm or more, with good compression and shock resistance. It has corrosion resistance and electric corrosion resistance;
3. Through gap: 0.1~3.5mm; the range of 300°, without firm support.
4. Strengthening structure: strengthening the inner tank.
5. Detection equipment: Leak detector monitors in real time for 24 hours, and alarms when the liquid level at the bottom of the gap space is detected.
