Galvanized wire includes electro wire (gi wire) and hot dipped galvanized wire, heavy hot dipped galvanized wire.Hot dip galvanized wire is made of high quality low carbon steel wire, after drawing forming, pickling rust removal, high temperature annealing, hot dip galvanized-cooling and other processes.
Hot dip galvanizing is dipped plating in hot melt zinc liquid, production speed, thicker but uneven coating, the market allows the lowest thickness of 45 microns, up to 300 microns above. It is dark in color, consumes more zinc metal, forms infiltration layer with base metal, and has good corrosion resistance. Hot dip galvanizing can be maintained for decades in outdoor environment.
Hot dipped galvanized wire has good toughness and elasticity
It has the characteristics of thick galvanized layer and strong corrosion resistance etc.
High wear resistance
The amount of zinc on the wet environment is not easy to fall off.

Hot dipped galvanised wire is used in making cages, wire mesh,Cable armouring wire, construction, handicrafts, product packaging and daily civilian and other fields. Also be used in various fields such as building, handicraft, wire mesh, galvanized hook net, wall screen, highway fence, product packaging and daily civilian.
Because the resulting coating is thicker, hot dip galvanizing has better protective properties than electric galvanizing, so it is an important protective coating for iron and steel products used in harsh working conditions. Hot dip galvanized products are widely used in chemical equipment, petroleum processing, Marine exploration, metal structure, power transmission, shipbuilding and other industries. In recent years, they have been widely used in agricultural fields such as pesticide irrigation, greenhouse and construction industry such as water and gas transmission, wire casing, scaffolding, Bridges, highway guardrail and other aspects.
